2007 Mazda B2300 Review

The B2300 is a small pickup made by Mazda, with a range of different engine variants and options .  The association between Mazda and Ford Motor Company has led the line of Mazda small trucks to be based on the popular Ford Ranger design. The B2300 is the most economical Mazda entry into the small pickup truck field. It is powered by a 2.3 liter I4 DOHC 16-valve engine that produces 143 horsepower at 5250 RPM. There is a choice of 5 speed manual or 5 speed automatic. There is only one body style which is the regular cab, and it has room for three passengers on its standard bench front seat. The 2007 Mazda B2300 is a rear wheel drive truck; four wheel drive is not available.  This is a very basic truck, far from luxury, but it does its job. It has all the features you need, and ends at that. One new feature on the 2007 model is a tire pressure monitoring system, also there are two new colors added in 2007, Pueblo Gold and Vista Blue. This brings the total available colors up to eight. besides that the B2300 is a carryover from 2006. There is a 17 gallon capacity gas tank, and the B2300 gets good fuel mileage for a truck, in fact it is one of the strongest buying points.  The four cylinder engine's performance is the biggest downside. The truck does 0-60 mph in 10.17 seconds.  This Mazda truck is perfect for those looking for a solid and affordable small truck that can be inexpensive to operate.  It also maintains a good resale value.   An SE-5 Package that includes alloy wheels, a CD player, air conditioning and carpeted floormats is available for the B2300.
